If you have already placed an order but selected the wrong product or want to change the personalization details, please contact our customer service as soon as possible here.

Please note:
After the order is completed, all orders are automatically forwarded to production. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes. However, we do our best to accommodate your request if you contact us immediately after placing the order.

If you want to change your address and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us here and provide the following details:

  • Street, house and door number
  • City
  • Postal code
  • Country

We can change your delivery address as long as your item has not yet been sent for packaging. After that, unfortunately, a change of address is no longer possible.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number with which you can track your package at any time.

We provide a 24-month warranty on all OTANTO jewelry pieces from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. However, it does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, or external influences. These include, among others:

  • Scratches
  • Damage caused by external impact (e.g., bent jewelry, broken chains, straps, or broken parts)
  • Dirt
  • Improper storage
  • Unauthorized alterations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order! Therefore, you have the option to return your order to us within 14 days of receiving your package. The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt of the return at our warehouse via the originally used payment method.

Please note:

  • Products that have been personalized, such as engraved bracelets or name necklaces, are excluded from returns.
  • As part of our fair pricing and sustainability model, we do not offer free returns. The costs for the return shipment must therefore be borne by you or will be deducted from the refund.

Thanks to our high-quality and durable gold plating, all OTANTO jewelry pieces are either water-resistant or even 100% waterproof. You can find this information directly in the product description.

  • 100% waterproof jewelry
    Necklaces, bracelets, rings, or earrings marked as 100% waterproof in the product description can be worn continuously without worry. Whether in the pool, the sea, or during daily showers – these pieces remain flawless.
  • Water-resistant jewelry
    Delicate chains or jewelry with sensitive gemstones are water-resistant. They easily withstand a jump into the pool, the sea, or a quick shower. However, for daily showering, bathing, or applying lotion, we recommend removing these pieces to ensure their longevity.
