Warranty Conditions

In general, you have a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry pieces.

During this time, we will repair defects on your product free of charge, provided they are due to material or manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

Damage caused by improper use or negligence (e.g. fall, impact, strong force impact)
Independent repairs or modifications to the product or individual parts
Visual changes due to normal wear or aging (e.g. scratches, discoloration on the strap, peeling of the coating)
Dirt on the product

We will then check based on the photo whether the defect is covered by the warranty.

If a warranty case applies, we will send you either the required replacement part or a new item free of charge.
