Withdrawal policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal policy
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. We voluntarily extend this period to a total of 30 days. The following terms and conditions apply accordingly during the extended period.
For personalized products, the voluntary return policy described below applies, with refunds in store credit or an exchange.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. This excludes additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will we charge you any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us that you are withdrawing from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to examine their condition, characteristics, and functioning.
Please pack the items securely for return, preferably in their original packaging. Using the original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.
Personalized products: return for store credit or exchange
As a rule, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is based on your individual selection or specifications, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. This includes, in particular, individually engraved products or products made according to your specifications.
Nevertheless, we grant you a voluntary right to return these products within 30 days of receiving the goods. You can choose between:

Store credit for the amount of the purchase price actually paid for the returned product.

Exchange for another product from our range. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. We charge €3.90 in shipping costs for reshipping as part of the exchange.
Refunds are not available under this voluntary right of return.
To exercise your voluntary right of return, notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods by email at service@otanto.de. Include your order number and indicate whether you would like store credit or an exchange.
Then return the product to the return address above within 14 days of notifying us at the latest. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue store credit or process your requested exchange.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly delivered products remain unaffected. This also applies to personalized products. You will not incur any shipping costs for an exchange due to a defect or incorrect delivery.
